Q: My book is damaged at delivery
A: Please contact the helpdesk for a replacement of your book.

Q: I cannot sort the last published books on the website or a alfabetic sorting of the books
A: This is a problem we are currently working on, you can view the last 7 published books on the homepage of LOT Publications. 

Q: By accident i have ordered the wrong book
A: You can send this book back to us within 2 weeks after delivery, and we will chargeback the payment when we recieved the book. See Contact Us for our adress.

Q: Can i recieve a bookstore discount?
A: Yes, if you are a bookstore, a book distributor or wholesaler you can recieve a bookstore discount.
Please contact the helpdesk and send us the following information:
- Company name
- Name contactperson
- Billing and invoice adress
- e-mail adress

You recieve a login account with password which you can use for placing a order with the bookstore discount.

Q: Can I receive an invoice without VAT?
A:   No, all prices posted on the Website and in other materials originating from Hollandridderkerk include taxes and other levies imposed by the government, unless stated otherwise on the website.
