Orders to be delivered in the Netherlands or Europe will normally arrive within 4 - 7 days, but overseas deliveries can take 2 to 3 weeks. Please be advised that we are unable to make any deliveries during weekends.

Return of the books
If the printed materials you receive are not to your satisfaction (e.g. the materials contain printing errors goods are damaged during transport), you can send them back to us. Before you return materials, we ask you to send us an e-mail with the reason for returning the goods.
Specifying a different address for delivery
If you would like to have your order delivered at another address than the billing/cardholder’s address, simply specify that your delivery address will be different from your billing address at the beginning of the web shop checkout process. Later in the process of ordering, you will be presented with a dialogue box in which you can enter the delivery address details.
What to do if your order does not arrive
If your book(s)/order do(es) not arrive, please contact your local post office to make sure that no goods are being detained. If the post office officials are unable to locate or deliver the item, please contact us with the shipping details, We will be happy to offer you a suitable solution.
As soon the payment has been collected, MultiSafepay will automatically notify the webshop about the payment. Besides a bank transfer is a guaranteed payment, a charge back will not be possible. A bank transfer is also suitable for our national and international customers.
